Case Study

The challenge


Produce a motivating, artistic and technically jaw-dropping experience to launch the year’s products, services and business objectives with worldwide sales force and channel partners.

Our solution

The theme, “Empowering Partners. Powering Growth.” honored the importance of every client and partner by putting their brand in the forefront. The custom block build of the iconic Adobe Ampersand was placed heroically center stage to highlight the invaluable connection between Adobe and their customers’ success.

Environmental Design

Inspired by the angles of the mosaic logo design, the block Ampersand was paired with bookend 3-D pieces to create depth and dimension and an immersive environment.

Media Design & Production

A visual panorama over 9,600 pixels wide could shift rapidly to support dynamic stage presentations. Supporting graphics included nearly 30 unique scenic wallpaper designs and an Ampersand to showcase the featured partner logo during presentations.

Production & Content Management

During the three days, there were 16 hours of main stage presentations and demos which can only be executed with dogged advance preparation, on-site diligence, and lots of version control.

Awards Recognition

While awards night recognized only a handful of the people in attendance, we successfully designed an evening of celebration and inspiration for the entire audience. An action-packed hour, the awards ceremony ignited energy for serious revelry at the After Party.

The event

Adobe’s Annual Worldwide Sales Conference is a 3-day event that brings together 3500 attendees, with thousands more attending virtually. Since 2006, we’ve been a trusted partner to Adobe and a champion of providing an event to drive the company’s vision of transitioning their business model. With record earnings reported in 2015, we did it – together.

The main stage hosts multiple demos, including a Demo Challenge with three competing teams showcasing bleeding-edge emerging product sneaks that we had the pleasure of supporting technically. All went off without a hitch and firmly established Adobe as a technology leader.

As each partner took the stage as a guest speaker, the environment transitioned to feature their brand with the Adobe Ampersand as the stage hero, consistently reinforcing the importance of partnership.

The general session was magically transformed into a Great Gatsby awards night with an Art Deco visual design and thoughtfully choreographed moments of recognition, entertainment, and inspiration.

The main stage scenic design was scaled for strategy sessions and breakouts to provide a cohesive experience throughout the event.

The session opened with a custom video projection mapped to the infinite canvas and scenic Ampersand for a larger-than-life experience. Guests were taken on visual journey of Adobe’s customer verticals with customer logos flying through the screen and ultimately settling in the mosaic of the conference logo, amplified by the 3-D projection surfaces. The design physically demonstrating how Adobe’s technology is utilized to power the growth of customers.


Over the past five years, Adobe has successfully transitioned their business model and are reporting positive financial benefits such as record revenue in June 2015.
