Engage and energize conference attendees with a celebration of the Cisco brand and its accomplishments.

Our solution

Engage attendees with a multi-sensory, party like a rock star evening. We worked closely with the Cisco events team to produce large venue events to complement the Cisco LIVE! annual user conference for three consecutive years.

Environmental Design

Concepts to execution, every aspect of the event was designed to stimulate the senses.

Experience Design

From the welcome to the last goodbye, we mapped every step of an attendee's journey to be filled with surprises and delights.

Event Logistics

No detail was too small, from F&B to staffing to porta-johns - all contributed to a positive attendee experience.

Talent Booking

We curated a talent lineup with headliners, opening acts and interactive entertainment.

The event

In addition to hands-on attendee experiences and live music, each event concluded with a headline performance that demonstrated Cisco’s commitment to, and appreciation for, its users.

The theme for the 2009 event highlighted Cisco’s 20th Anniversary – “Party like it’s 1989.”. Attendees were greeted with a Devo hat to set the tone and create an instant sense of community.

Each event was closely linked to, and reinforced, relevant content from the day’s sessions, and hosted 10,000 – 15,000 attendees.

Results

Attendee satisfaction scores increased year-over-year.
